Jennifer “Jen” Paul has a passion for serving the veteran community. She has several veterans in her family including her dad, a Navy veteran, and an uncle and cousins, Air Force veterans as well as several friends from multiple branches of service. The inspiration for Veterans RISE came from her time in El Paso spending time with active duty and veteran friends and their families. She saw the struggles they worked through to get needed services and felt called to help. During her master's program in Social Work, she developed the idea of an integrated care model with various service providers providing just-in-time, traditional, and holistic evidence-based care to treat the whole veteran (mind, body, and spirit). A one-stop center where a veteran works with a team of people to reduce their symptoms and improve their quality of life. Jen resides in Charlotte, NC with her children. She spends her free time with her children and extended family as well as staying active and reading.
